Canalplast S.p.A., following the acquisition of Olan S.r.l., is pleased to announce the acquisition of V. Antonioli S.r.l. - EURONORM

Milan, 23/05/2024 – Canalplast S.p.A., a leading company in the production of plastic trunking systems for the containment of electrical cables, is delighted to announce the acquisition of V. Antonioli S.r.l. – EURONORM specializing in the production of rigid pipes, corrugated pipes and spiral hoses.

The acquisition of V. Antonioli S.r.l. – EURONORM marks a significant step in Canalplast S.p.A.’s growth strategy, further solidifying its position as a market leader. V.
